The Board of Trustees of Wheelwright Farm consists of 5 members and is chartered with the general operation and oversight of the condominium Association. This includes, but is not limited to, generating and executing contracts for such services as landscaping, snow plowing, painting, repairs, insurance coverage, roadway repair and maintenance, sprinklers, roofing, carpentry, etc. Trustees are also legal agents of the Association. Trustees meet monthly, at a minimum, to review and oversee projects listed above, respond to homeowner issues, and discuss any issues related to governance of the Association.
